Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notices

The cropdog.com website is owned and operated by Wish in the Wind LLC, a Virginia Limited Liability Company.

Wish in the Wind LLC respects the intellectual property of others on all its websites including cropdog.com, and has a policy to respond to properly completed notices of alleged infringement of copyrighted material where the copyrighted material is included on our website and on our controlled servers.  

If you are alleging that any material on our cropdog.com website may be an infringement of a copyright, you may notify Wish in the Wind LLC pursuant to the U.S. Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act by sending a notice to the address shown below.  To be properly completed, the notice must include the following information:

 

• Identification of the copyrighted work, or list of works, that is claimed to be infringed;  
• Identification of the material on this site that is claimed to be infringing on the copyrighted work, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Wish in the Wind LLC to locate the material;
• The claiming party’s (or representative’s) contact information including any or all of the following:

• Telephone number;
• Electronic mail address;
• Mailing address;
  
• A statement that the use of the material identified and claimed to be an infringement of copyrighted work on this website, is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

• A statement that, under penalty of perjury and in good faith, the information you have provided us is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner (or that you are the owner) of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
• An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner that is allegedly infringed.

 

 

Counter Notices

If material you have posted to our site has been removed or disabled, you may file a counter notice. To be properly completed, the counter notice must be written and sent to the address listed below and include the following:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury and in good faith, that you believe the material was removed or disabled as the result of a mistake or misidentification of the material;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and electronic email address (if available), and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where the address is located; or, if your address is outside the United States, you consent to the jurisdiction of the judicial district court located closest to the main offices of Wish in the Wind LLC, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notification that resulted in the removal or disabling of the material;  
• A physical or electronic signature of the person making the counter notice.
